We welcome applications from qualified and passionate individuals across the following roles. Experience with seniors is preferred for hands-on care positions; formal certification is an asset but not always required.
Assist seniors with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Experience with seniors preferred; formal certification an asset.
Provide 24-hour in-home companionship and care for seniors who require round-the-clock support. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to manage a calm, structured home environment.
Support seniors living with memory conditions by applying person-centered, routine-based care approaches. Experience with cognitive decline and behavioral management is valued.
Provide emotional support, social engagement, light housekeeping, and errand assistance for seniors who are relatively independent but benefit from regular companionship and oversight.
Manage care plans, caregiver scheduling, and family communications for a portfolio of senior clients. Healthcare administration or coordination background preferred.
Conduct in-home care assessments, help build individualized care plans, and support families in choosing the right level of care. Assessment or clinical coordination experience valued.
