Ricky Choudhary is a trained medical doctor with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field abroad, combined with 5 years of hands-on experience in Canada’s senior home care and mental health sectors. She has also studied healthcare and organizational management at a Canadian university, equipping her with both clinical insight and strategic leadership skills.
From her early medical school days, Ricky was passionate about leading with purpose and making a meaningful difference. Her deep sensitivity and firsthand experience caring for her own family and hundreds of patients back home shaped her core belief: that every individual deserves personalized care, human connection, and respect.
In 2022, she brought this vision to life by founding Live Peace 24/7 Seniors Home Care Corp., where she now serves as CEO and strategist. Ricky’s leadership is driven by compassion and a clear mission, to build a dedicated team that delivers high-quality, emotion-centered home care across Greater Vancouver.
