          Live Peace 24\/7 operates exclusively in British Columbia, Canada. Our privacy obligations are governed by PIPEDA (federal) and BC PIPA (provincial). We are not subject to the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All personal health information collected by LivePeace is handled in accordance with Canadian law.<\/p>

          Your loved one’s PHI is used solely to plan and deliver their care. It is shared only with caregivers directly involved in their care, and with healthcare professionals at your explicit request or with your consent.<\/p>
